At the moment with Christmas fast approaching even though we are experiencing a high volume of customers we also understand that you still want to be able to shop until the last minute, and that is why we are posting out Christmas orders by 1st class recorded delivery all the way up until 3pm on the 21st December. By placing an order before this time will ensure that you wont be disappointed, and that your items are received in plenty of time as the last postage date for Royal Mail 1st class is the 21st December.

The dates above are recommended by Royal Mail for our recorded delivery service, but realising that some of you will want to make even later purchases we hope you will be pleased to know that we’re also offering a Royal Mail Special Delivery Service all the way up until 23rd December. So, If you miss our standard recorded delivery on the 21st, then don’t worry as we will be offering you the chance to upgrade to Special Delivery between the 21st and 23rd December. Just ensure you place your order before 3pm on the 23rd December for this service.
If your order is not time critical then don’t panic as it’s pretty much business as usual and we will be working hard to get all orders out in our normal and quick fashion. We will only be closed for business on the 25th and 26th December and then again on the 1st January 2010!
