Our Returns Policy

In accordance with distance selling regulations, If you find your purchase is unsuitable please inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email us at returns@seasonsonline.co.uk stating your name, order number and description of the items you would like to return. Please also include in your email the reason you are returning the item/s. We will then issue you with a returns confirmation email giving clear instructions on how to return any items to us. Please address returns to: Seasons Online Returns Department, 383J Jedburgh Court, Team Valley, Gateshead, Tyne And Wear. NE11 0BQ. Please note that without following these instructions and including the relevant information within your returned package we will be unable to process your return or issue a refund.

Please note: We will only accept returns/exchange/refund requests or damage/defect/missing items reports if they are submitted by email as described above. We will NOT accept returns/exchange/refund requests or damage/defect/missing items reports sent via any social network messaging systems, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Returned items should be sent back to us with their original packaging and within 7 days of receiving a returns confirmation email. Customers should take reasonable care when returning any item(s). Items received outside these guidelines will only be subject to issuing credit to the value of the purchase, and this decision is at the sole discretion of management.

When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, we will arrange for an exchange when appropriate. In cases when a faulty item cannot be exchanged then a refund for the value of the item will be issued.

Customers should note that refunds will be processed within 30 days. The time a refund takes to be credited back onto an account can depend on the customer’s bank and Seasons Online will endeavour to initiate a refund within 30 days.

SALE/REDUCED ITEMS

Please note: The same rules within this returns policy apply to reduced sale items, however Seasons Online will only issue a refund in the form of credit that can be spent on the website.
