Seasons Online takes payments through our reputable payment service providers Stripe and PayPal. All credit card details are secured with 256-bit encrypted sessions, and at no time do we ever see or store any payment card details. We accept all major debit or credit cards and PayPal.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any part of our website should we consider it necessary.

Delivery Policy & Delivery Times

We offer FREE UK delivery on any £10 order! Express UK delivery is only £2.99.

Delivery of orders typically take around 2 to 4 working days.

Typical express guaranteed delivery takes around 2 to 4 days from the day an order is processed, however, delivery times can vary from time to time. For items required urgently we recommend customers choose Royal Mail Special Next Working Day Delivery if this option is offered. Please note that at certain times we may not offer the Royal Mail Special Next Working Day Delivery option.

All items are stocked by Seasons Online, and we will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, although in exceptional cases we may delay shipping if you have ordered an out-of-stock item, until it is available in stock.

All UK customers have the option to choose ‘Free Delivery’ on any order of £10. Seasonsonline.co.uk reserves the right to upgrade ‘Free Delivery options’ to require a signature upon delivery, at no extra cost to the customer.

Orders made outside the UK will be dispatched according to the customer’s choice and at a fair price according to the weight and packaging. Depending on the country, the choices available will be Standard International Parcels, International Signed For or Airsure Track & Trace.

Dispatch Time

Delivery of orders typically take around 2 to 4 working days.

*We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 hours of receiving the order and payment details.

As a general guideline we aim to achieve the following:

Orders made after 2pm on Friday will be posted at the earliest on the following Monday.

Orders received on a Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched at the earliest on the following Monday. 

Please note that on bank holiday weekends orders will be dispatched at the earliest on a Tuesday.

These dispatch times should be used as a guideline and on occasions dispatch and delivery can take longer.

Orders dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery are posted out with the Royal Mail promise of being received by the customer on the next working day before 1pm. However, Seasons Online cannot be held responsible for delays on parcels dispatched by Special Delivery, but we will of course follow Royal Mail’s steps to seek reimbursement/compensation on behalf of our customers when requested to do so. 

*IMPORTANT: sometimes delays are unavoidable, especially during busy periods, therefore we kindly advise that customers are prepared to allow up to a maximum of 30 days for delivery from the time an order is placed.

Late or lost deliveries

If you believe your delivery may be late or lost then please contact us as soon as possible. If you have selected a trackable shipping option, we will check the tracking system and confirm the status of your delivery.

Please be aware that Royal Mail will not officially classify a parcel lost until 15 working days have elapsed, therefore we are unable to open an investigation until this point.

For lost or delayed parcels sent by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery we can only offer a refund or exchange once the 15 working days time frame has elapsed, and Royal Mail acknowledges it as lost.

Deliveries outside the UK that have been sent by “Standard International Airmail” are posted entirely at the customers own risk, and we can not accept responsibility what so ever for any loss occurred during transit. We will however provide the customer upon request with a copy of proof of postage by fax or mail. This will enable the customer to take up enquiries with the relevant Postal Authority in the relevant country.

Our postage costs to countries outside the UK are fair & reasonable. Items can be posted at the cheaper cost option by “Standard International Airmail” or you will have the option to upgrade at checkout to International Signed For delivery, or Airsure priority delivery if it is available in your country, ensuring peace of mind, confidence & a speedy delivery with tracking.

Our Returns Policy

In accordance with distance selling regulations, If you find your purchase is unsuitable please inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email us at returns@seasonsonline.co.uk stating your name, order number and description of the items you would like to return. Please also include in your email the reason you are returning the item(s). We will then issue you with a returns confirmation email giving clear instructions on how to return any items to us. Please address returns to: Seasons Online Returns Department, 383J Jedburgh Court, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0BQ. Please note that without following these instructions and including the relevant information within your returned package we will be unable to process your return or issue a refund.

Please note: We will only accept returns/exchange/refund requests or damage/defect/missing items reports if they are submitted by email as described above. We will NOT accept returns/exchange/refund requests or damage/defect/missing items reports sent via any social network messaging systems, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

We regret that due to hygiene regulations we are unable to accept returns on any pierced earrings or jewellery sets that contain pierced earrings, other than damaged or defective goods

Returned items should be sent back to us with their original packaging and within 7 days of receiving a returns confirmation email. Customers should take reasonable care when returning any item/s. Items received outside these guidelines will only be subject to issuing credit to the value of the purchase, and this decision is at the sole discretion of management.

When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, we will arrange for an exchange where appropriate. In cases where a faulty item cannot be exchanged then a refund for the value of the item will be issued.

Customers should note that refunds will be processed within 30 days. The time a refund takes to be credited back onto an account can depend on the customer’s bank and Seasons Online will endeavour to initiate a refund within 30 days.

SALE/REDUCED ITEMS

Please note: The same rules within this returns policy apply to reduced sale items, however Seasons Online will only issue a refund in the form of credit that can be spent on the website.

Seasonsonline.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any disruptions to our service that may occur from time to time. We have portrayed our products to the best of our ability and believe our photos and descriptions are a true reflection of our products. However, colours of products supplied may vary slightly from appearances online due to natural variations and differences in computer and imaging technology. Any dimensions and weights shown are approximate. Seasonsonline.co.uk cannot be held responsible for marginal differences in the products supplied.

We value our customers privacy and do not share any private information with outside 3rd parties. We use a reputable Mail Service Provider for all our customer emailing services, and may send newsletters and promotional emails to registered users who have signed up to our mailing list or have have placed an order with us. These members may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
